(1) When a registered medical practitioner issues a certificate under section 29 of the Act, each such certificate shall be registered in the register prescribed by the Council in this regard.
(2) No one's citizenship shall be deemed to be determined solely on the basis of the birth certificate issued in accordance with sub-rule (1).
